The success of the Middle Eastern players is largely due to the hard work and dedication of the coaches in the region. There are many coaches in Abu Dhabi who have extensive experience in training top players and helming local programs. Among them is Atif Ali, who has over 15 years of experience in the field and has previously worked as the Head Coach of the UAE national team. He is also the founder and President of the Foundation of Tennis and Education, which is dedicated to helping develop tennis in the local community.

Another influential figure in the world of Middle Eastern tennis is former Israeli coach Yair Jasinovsky, who had previously worked with the national Israeli team before coming to Abu Dhabi and leading the Tennis Development Program at Yas Tennis Academy.
